Way too big for a medium

I have ordered many tanks/t-shirts/shorts in the past and been very happy with the product and service I have received from Gymstar. However, the recent purchase of 3 medium t-shirts, 1 was great, 1 was way too small and other way too large for a medium. I am now stuck with 2 of them and unable to exchange due to gymstar's policy. It is rather disappointing and definitely have to consider future purchase due to their policy.

The best fit

I’m 5’6” and 232lbs and wear a large. I own every colour of this shirt and would definitely recommend. Material is nice and light and comfortable.
