Thank you for shopping with Gym Star Apparel Canada. We are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping across Canada while ensuring your order arrives safely.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship exclusively within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $149 CAD or more before applicable taxes and after discounts have been applied.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using Canada Post. Depending on your location and operational requirements, we may occasionally use other trusted carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During peak shopping periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout. You can also view your order status by logging into your customer account on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@gymstar.ca.
We can only modify a shipping address before your order has been shipped. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking:

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at sales@gymstar.ca. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
For added peace of mind, all shipments include carrier coverage for eligible lost or damaged packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact sales@gymstar.ca as soon as possible.
