How redeeming works
Apply your points at checkout and watch the total drop. Sitting on 200 points means $10 off your order. 500 points is $25 off. The math is simple and the discount is yours to spend whenever you want it.

How do I start earning points
Create an account at gymstar.ca and fifty points are credited right away. From there, every regular online order earns points automatically at your current tier rate.
When do I move up to VIP or Elite
Tier status is based on the points you hold within a rolling 12-month cycle. Reach 500 points and you unlock VIP at 1.5 points per dollar. Reach 1500 and you unlock Elite at 2 points per dollar.
How do I redeem my points
Every 20 points is worth $1 off. Open the rewards tab in the lower right of the site while logged in, choose how much to redeem, and the discount applies at checkout.
Where do I check my balance and tier
Log in and open the rewards tab in the lower right corner of any page. Your points balance, current tier, and available rewards all live there.
Do points work during big sales
During major sale events such as our anniversary or Black Friday, the points system can be paused unless we say otherwise. If you do not see the rewards tab for earning or spending, that means it is switched off for the event.
