Return Timeline
- Submit your return request form within 14 days of delivery.
- Once approved, your package must be mailed back within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
Enough time to try your gear on and be sure it is right for you, with room to send it back if it is not.
Return Fees
When you complete the return form, you are shown an estimated return fee before you ship anything back. No surprises, and you decide whether to use our prepaid label or your own courier.
The return fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Most friends find the prepaid label the easiest and most cost-effective route.
What comes back, and what does not
We check returns quickly. As long as the gear meets these conditions, your refund goes through without friction.
Returnable
- Regular-priced gear. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
- Discounted gear under 25% off. Eligible under the same conditions.
- Lifting accessories. Eligible if unused, within the same timeline.
Final Sale
- Items discounted 25% off or greater, clearance, or marked final sale.
- Used lifting accessories.
- Gift cards.

How to complete your return

- Ship it backDrop your package at the courier that matches your return label. Regina friends can drop it at the Pro Shop instead.

Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 7 additional business days depending on your provider. Refunds issued to a Gym Star gift card are available right away, so you can put them back to work faster.

How long do I have to return something?
Submit your return request form within 14 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, your package must be mailed back within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
How much does a return cost me?
You are shown an estimated return fee inside the return form before you ship anything, so you can decide whether to use our prepaid label or your own courier. The fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Can I return or exchange in person at the Pro Shop?
You can drop your return off in person at the Gym Star Pro Shop, 1301 Osler Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, inside Brickhouse Gym. It is a drop-off only. Your return still needs to be submitted through the returns centre first, and your refund is processed online the same way it would be if you had shipped it. Visit the Pro Shop page for hours and directions.
My order arrived damaged, defective, or it is the wrong item. What now?
Email sales@gymstar.ca with photos and your order number. When the fault is ours, it is ours to fix. We cover the return shipping and there is no return fee. Do not start a standard return in that case, contact us first so we can route it properly.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer online exchanges. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the size or piece you want. This is faster than waiting on stock levels to shift, and it means you are not stuck if the size you need sells through while your parcel is in transit. If you are unsure of your size, run one of the sizing tools above before you reorder.
Why are heavily discounted items final sale?
Items discounted 25% off or greater, clearance items, and anything marked final sale cannot be returned. So are used lifting accessories and gift cards. These are marked clearly at checkout, so nothing is buried in fine print.
What happens to my loyalty points if I return an order?
Points earned on the returned item are reversed when the refund is processed. Points on anything you keep stay yours. You can read the full breakdown of earning and redeeming on the Gym Star points system page.
How long until I see my refund?

How should I package my return?
Securely, in a durable mailer or box, sealed with proper shipping tape. Packages that are stapled shut, loosely sealed, or overstuffed can come apart in transit. We can only refund items that physically reach us clean, undamaged, and in acceptable return condition, so keep your tracking number and pack it like you mean it.
How do I avoid a return in the first place?
Size it right before you buy. GASP and Better Bodies are European brands and they do not fit like the mass-market gear you are used to. Run the GASP sizing utility or the Better Bodies men's and women's tools, then cross-check against the complete size guide.

Customers are solely responsible for packaging returned items securely and appropriately for transit back to Gym Star Apparel. Returns that are poorly packaged, improperly sealed, damaged during shipping, or lost in transit due to inadequate packaging are not the responsibility of Gym Star Apparel.
To ensure your return arrives safely, all return parcels must be securely sealed with proper shipping tape and packed in a durable mailer or box suitable for the items being returned. Packages that are stapled shut, loosely sealed, overstuffed, or otherwise improperly packaged may come apart during transit and result in missing or damaged items.
Gym Star Apparel will only issue refunds or store credit for items that physically arrive to us safely, securely, clean, undamaged, and in acceptable return condition. Any items missing, lost, damaged, worn, dirty, or compromised during return transit will not qualify for refund or credit.
For your protection, we strongly recommend keeping your return tracking number and ensuring your parcel is packaged professionally before shipping.
