Due to the sponge material used, you may be tempted to go up in size, we recommend sticking to your normal BB size. They are tested under pressure so you can go on working out.

The scrunch should go between your buttocks for the best look and to minimize the pressure on the seam. So this means that you should not buy them too small or if you are the cusp of a size then do not go down in size.
