Before Your Order Ships
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they have been fulfilled.
After Your Order Has Been Fulfilled
Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If your package has not yet been picked up by the shipping carrier, we will make every reasonable effort to stop the shipment. If we are unable to do so, your order will be delivered and may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders
Special order items and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been ordered from our supplier.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us, a refund will be issued once the order has been received back and inspected. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
