Our 6-Month Warranty
Gym Star Apparel provides a limited 6-month warranty on all GASP and Better Bodies apparel and accessories purchased directly from GymStar.ca.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and begins on the date your order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate resolution.
What's Covered
Our warranty applies to genuine manufacturing defects, including:

Defects in materials.

Defects in workmanship.

Stitching or construction issues resulting from manufacturing.

Hardware or component failures caused by manufacturing defects.
Every warranty claim is reviewed individually to ensure a fair and accurate assessment.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper washing, drying, or care that does not follow the garment's care instructions.

Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Accidental damage, including rips, tears, snags, burns, stains, or damage occurring during training or everyday use.

Alterations, repairs, embroidery, customization, or modifications performed after purchase.

Cosmetic wear that does not affect the intended performance of the product.

Damage resulting from selecting an incorrect size or fit.

Any issue determined not to be a defect in materials or workmanship.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@gymstar.ca.
To help us review your claim as quickly as possible, please include as much information as you can, including:

Order number or proof of purchase.

Email address used for the order.

A detailed description of the issue.

Multiple clear photographs of the product, including close-up images of the affected area.
Providing complete information helps us process warranty claims more efficiently.
Inspection Process
Most warranty claims can be evaluated using the photographs and information you provide.
If additional inspection is required, Gym Star Apparel may request that the product be returned before a final warranty decision is made. Return instructions will be provided if necessary.
Warranty Resolution
If your warranty claim is approved, Gym Star Apparel will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Repair of the product.

Replacement with the same product.

Replacement with a comparable product if the original item is no longer available.

Store credit.

Refund.
All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Gym Star Apparel following review of the submitted information and, where applicable, inspection of the product.
Purchases from Other Retailers
This warranty applies only to GASP and Better Bodies products purchased directly from GymStar.ca.
Products purchased through other retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or websites must be handled through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer's warranty and return policies.
