By opting into Gym Star Apparel’s SMS service, you agree to receive periodic text messages from us, which may include updates about your order, payment reminders, shipping notifications, and special announcements. Messages are designed to keep you informed and engaged with our store and services.
2. Opt-Out Option
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. Upon receipt of your “STOP” request, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Gym Star Apparel Canada unless you re-subscribe by opting in again.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Gym Star Apparel Canada concerning the use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
