Due to the sponge material used, you may be tempted to go up in size, we recommend sticking to your normal BB size. They are tested under pressure so you can go on working out.  The thick and wide ribbed waistband holds you in while you perform your best lifting sessions. Take note that these Scrunch Leggings are tested “under pressure” for quality. Be careful when pulling them over your thighs and bum before you pull the scrunch up. The scrunch should go between your buttocks for the best look and to minimize the pressure on the seam. So this means that you should not buy them too small or if you are the cusp of a size then do not go down in size.
